Compliance Policy for TikTok Shop #
Version 1.12.0 introduces a new Compliance Policy to help you meet EU regulations for selling on the TikTok Shop Spain marketplace.
Using the Compliance Policy, you can now provide Manufacturer and Responsible Person details for your TikTok Shop products to align with the EU product safety and compliance standards.
Navigate to TikTok Shop > Configuration > Policies > Add Policy > Compliance. From there, you can select a manufacturer and responsible person already created on TikTok Shop or create a new one.
