To ensure your eBay listings comply with GPSR requirements, update your marketplace settings. Navigate to eBay Integration > Configuration > Marketplaces, then click Update All Now to refresh and synchronize the latest marketplace data.
Step 2: Edit eBay Category Settings #
Go to the Categories settings under eBay Integration > Configuration > Categories, and click View next to the category you want to edit. For detailed instructions on using this tab, refer to our comprehensive guide.
If a Magento Attribute serves as the source for the category, click View next to the corresponding attribute.
Step 3: Add Manufacturer and Safety Information #
Input the manufacturer and safety details by choosing a Magento Attribute or manually entering a custom value.

Step 4: Streamline GPSR Compliance with Attribute Mapping #

You can now create default mappings between your Magento and eBay attributes for GPSR-specific fields. Still, this functionality is only available starting from version 1.70.0, so make sure to upgrade.
To set this up, navigate to eBay Integration > Configuration > Settings > Attribute Mapping > GPSR Attributes. This feature allows you to automatically assign the correct attributes to eBay categories requiring GPSR compliance, streamlining your workflow and ensuring consistent data across all your listings.
Step 5: Map EU Responsible Person Details for GPSR Compliance #
In addition to Manufacturer Contact Details, you can now set default mappings for EU Responsible Person information between your Magento and eBay attributes. To configure this, navigate to eBay Integration > Configuration > Settings > Attribute Mapping > GPSR Attributes > EU Responsible Person Contact Details. This ensures seamless compliance with GPSR requirements and simplifies data management.
Meanwhile, you also have the flexibility to fine-tune the settings for individual categories as needed.
Setting Unique Attributes for Specific Items #
Follow these steps to assign unique attributes to an individual item or a group of items.
Step 1: Filter and Edit Products in M2E Pro #
Access your M2E Pro Listing by navigating to Listings > Items, applying filters to locate the products you want to edit, and switching to Settings View Mode. Refer to the guide for step-by-step assistance.
Step 2: Update Product Categories and Specifics #
Select the products you wish to update, then apply the Edit Categories & Specifics mass action to make the necessary changes.
Step 3: Modify Item Specifics #
In the Category Settings pop-up, click Edit under Item Specifics and input the required values.
Step 4: Finalize and Sync Updates #
After saving your changes, M2E Pro will automatically update the information in your eBay listings as long as the Categories/Specifics option is enabled under Synchronization Policy > Revise Rules.
