This guide explains how to connect Conrad Marketplace to M2E Mirakl Connect and manage products, offers, inventory, and orders from your store.
Conrad is a Mirakl-based B2B marketplace built around electronics, engineering, industrial equipment, and technical supplies. Product data quality is especially important on Conrad. Sellers should be ready to provide valid product identifiers, manufacturer details, technical attributes, pricing, VAT data, and accurate stock information.
M2E Mirakl Connect helps you manage day-to-day marketplace workflows. You can use it to:
- send product and offer data to Conrad,
- synchronize stock and prices,
- import marketplace orders,
- update fulfillment and tracking details,
- and identify listing errors or validation issues.
The connection works through the Mirakl API. Instead of maintaining the same information separately in Conrad and your store, M2E keeps key marketplace data synchronized between both systems.
ℹ️ Because Conrad uses Mirakl, many of the setup steps described here are also relevant to other Mirakl marketplaces available in M2E.
Outside M2E Mirakl Connect #
Conrad is a European marketplace focused on professional and technical buyers. Its catalog covers electronics, electronic components, tools, measuring equipment, automation products, power supplies, cables, and industrial technology.

The marketplace serves customers in Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Italy, and the Netherlands.
Conrad supports product content in several languages, including German, Dutch, French, and Italian. Prices and payments are handled in EUR.
Costs of selling on Conrad #
Conrad charges no setup fee to open a marketplace account.
Sellers can expect two main types of charges:
- a recurring monthly marketplace fee,
- a sales commission that depends on the product category.
Conrad normally processes seller payouts three times each month, typically on the 5th, 15th, and 25th.
Conrad provides your exact pricing and commercial conditions during onboarding.
Request seller account & access #
You must become an approved Conrad seller before connecting the marketplace to M2E Mirakl Connect.
Start with Conrad's official seller application page. The required information depends on the country where your business operates.
During onboarding, Conrad may request:
- company registration information,
- tax and VAT details,
- legal identification documents,
- bank information,
- details about your catalog,
- warehouse and logistics information.

German sellers may also need to provide a German tax number, commercial register extract, and information about their logistics operations in Germany.
Dutch sellers generally need a Dutch VAT number, a warehouse in the Netherlands, and information about their products and fulfillment setup.
Once Conrad approves your application, you receive access to its Mirakl environment. You need this access to connect the account to M2E Mirakl Connect.
ℹ️ Conrad decides which sellers, categories, and products can be accepted. Products with complex technical requirements may need additional attributes or compliance data before publication.
Inside M2E Mirakl Connect #

The integration connects Magento with Conrad through Mirakl. It handles both product data and commercial offer data, which is important for Conrad's detailed technical catalog.
M2E can help you manage:
- new and existing Conrad listings,

- prices and available stock,
- marketplace orders,
- shipping, invoices, and tracking updates,
- listing validation and errors.

Day-to-day management #
After setup, you can manage Conrad through the same Magento-based workflow you use for your store catalog.
M2E sends supported product and offer updates to Conrad and imports marketplace orders back into Magento.
For products already present in Conrad's catalog, you can manage the offer without resending the full product content. For new catalog items, you need to provide the product data Conrad requires.
Product sync setup #
M2E supports both new product creation and linking existing offers.
Publish new products
Select Magento products that are not yet available in the Conrad catalog and prepare them for export.
Conrad expects detailed product information. Depending on the category, required data may include:
- EAN or GTIN,
- manufacturer part number,
- brand,
- product title,
- images,
- selling unit,
- package quantity,
- VAT rate,
- category-specific technical specifications.
M2E exports product information along with offer details.
If Conrad finds missing or incorrect data, it can reject the product. You can review the error, correct the source data, and resubmit.
Manage existing Conrad offers
If a product already exists on Conrad, you can connect its marketplace offer to your Magento product.
M2E first tries to match products by SKU.
If the SKUs do not match, you can link them through CSV. This gives M2E the relationship it needs to synchronize the correct price and stock with each offer.
After linking, you don't need to recreate the existing Conrad product.
Product management & sync policies #
Synchronization policies define how Magento data should be used for your Conrad listings.
They help you manage a large catalog without changing every product one by one.
A policy can define: price synchronization, price adjustments, or markups, available quantity, listing status, and more.
You can apply one policy to many products and create additional policies when different product groups need different settings.
Category management #
Before publishing a new listing, assign the correct Conrad category and map the required Magento data to the marketplace fields.
Along with standard fields such as title and brand, Conrad may require detailed technical attributes that help professional buyers compare products.
Order management #
Enable automatic order creation to handle Conrad sales through your regular Adobe Commerce order workflow. Stock can then be updated based on the imported marketplace order.
After you process the order, M2E can send the required fulfillment updates back to Conrad, including shipment confirmation, tracking details, and supported invoice information.
On the Conrad marketplace side #
M2E Mirakl Connect sends product, offer, stock, pricing, and order information from Magento. Conrad validates this data before products and offers become active.
The marketplace supports product variations, discounts, shipments, tracking, cancellations, returns, refunds, invoices, and settlements.
Key product attributes #
To create a Conrad product, prepare the main catalog fields the marketplace requires.
These commonly include:
- Product title
- SKU
- Brand
- Manufacturer article ID / MPN
- Selling unit
- Content unit and quantity
- VAT rate
For branded items, provide the correct MPN. Conrad uses this information to identify products and maintain consistent catalog data.
Product titles must:
- contain 20–120 characters,
- clearly identify the item,
- avoid unnecessary capital letters,
- avoid repeated information.
Conrad recommends keeping titles close to 70 characters.
A typical structure is: Product type + brand + manufacturer number + model + key features
Images must:
- be at least 400 px in height or width,
- use JPG, PNG, TIF, or GIF,
- be available from a public URL,
- show the product clearly.
You should also map category-specific technical attributes when available.
These can cover:
- dimensions and weight,
- materials,
- connections,
- compatibility,
- capacity,
- operating conditions,
- measurement values.
Detailed technical data helps buyers find and compare products and may reduce validation errors.
Offer and pricing rules #
Conrad supports promotional prices and quantity discounts through Mirakl.
Discount rules include:
- Promotional price must be lower than the regular price.
- Start and end dates must be valid.
- Bulk discounts must apply to quantities above 1.
For Pricing v2, the regular price is usually configured as the strike price, and the lower selling price is sent separately.
Make sure pricing data follows the correct format before exporting the offer.
Inventory, shipping, and logistics #
For linked listings, M2E can keep Conrad stock aligned with Magento.
Carrier mapping is optional. If the required carrier is missing from Mirakl, ask Conrad whether it can be added.
