Are you selling on eBay using M2E Pro? You can streamline your shipping process by using Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) via M2E Amazon MCF. With this extension, you'll let Amazon handle your eBay order fulfillment, from warehouse to doorstep, using your FBA inventory.
Essentially, if you manage your Amazon sales through M2E Pro and store products in FBA, you can now use that same inventory to automatically fulfill your eBay orders through MCF.
How the fulfillment process works #
Here’s how the M2E Amazon MCF extension works behind the scenes:
- A customer buys an item on eBay.
- That order appears in your Adobe Commerce (Magento) backend.
- M2E Pro checks if the product is linked to Amazon FBA and if there’s stock available. If yes, an MCF request is sent to Amazon.
- Amazon takes care of the fulfillment. They pick, pack, and ship the order to your eBay customer.
