In this version, we released the ability to list global products and non-sellable Gift With Purchase products on TikTok Shop.
✅ You can upgrade to version 2.1.0 via Composer or Adobe Commerce marketplace.
Sell Global Products on TikTok Shop #
M2E Connect now supports Global Products, allowing you to list and sell products across multiple TikTok Shop markets without restrictions to a single region. This feature helps you expand your business internationally and reach a wider audience.
How it works:
1) Go to Listings > Items and select an M2E TikTok Shop Listing with already listed products.
2) Choose the products you want to list in another TikTok Shop market.
3) Submit the Sell on Another Market mass action to duplicate the listing.
4) Publish a global product by clicking List Item(s) on the same TikTok Shop account and shop but with a different target region.
You can either select an existing M2E TikTok Shop Connect Listing or create a new one to manage your products across multiple TikTok Shop markets efficiently.
List non-sellable Gift With Purchase products #
You can now list a non-sellable product as a Gift with Purchase on TikTok Shop in M2E Connect. These products won’t appear in TikTok Shop searches or recommendations, and their price will be shown as $0.
To list a non-sellable product on TikTok Shop, enable the corresponding option in Selling Policy (Configuration > Policies):
⚠️ If you change the 'Sellable Gift Product' option from No to Yes and the items assigned to this Selling Policy are already sellable, their prices can no longer be revised.
Since prices for non-sellable products cannot be revised, it is recommended to place them in a separate M2E Listing.
