When you have a TikTok Shop in the UK, it's crucial to remember that the marketplace has its list of approved delivery providers. To ensure success, you need to understand these TikTok delivery companies and manage them effectively with M2E TikTok Shop Connect.
TikTok Shop UK Integrated Carriers #
UK-approved integrated carriers are specific carriers and services approved by TikTok Shop UK. Sellers who choose to fulfill their orders via self-shipment, also known as Shipped by Seller, must use one of the following TikTok Shop's Approved Integrated Carriers:
- Royal Mail - Tracked 24®/48® ONLY
- Hermes/EVRI
- DPD
- Yodel
- Amazon Logistics (excluding orders fulfilled via Amazon's website)
- Parcel Force
- UK Mail
- DHL UK
- Panther UK
- DX Delivery
Why it’s important? These TikTok delivery companies are integrated into the TikTok Shop UK Seller Center system, allowing for easy tracking of dispatched orders. Here are some tracking number examples for these providers:

A Tracking Identification Number (Tracking ID) is assigned by the carrier once an order is ready for shipment. This number is usually found on the shipping label provided by the carrier. Having a valid and traceable Tracking ID allows both sellers and buyers to monitor the real-time status of orders effortlessly. All sellers must upload a valid Tracking ID into the TikTok Shop Seller Center.
⚠️ Since TikTok Shop doesn’t accept some special symbols in tracking numbers, M2E skips the following symbols while sending tracking numbers to TTS: /, -, space.
Sellers can input a valid Tracking ID by navigating to the Manage Orders panel within the TikTok Shop Seller Center.
Guide to Enrolling in Various Shipping Options #
In Seller Center, navigate to Orders > Shipping Options. Here, you can choose between Shipped by Seller and TikTok Shipping.
Key points:
- The shipping method is set at the account level; you can't mix methods for different orders.
- Changes to the shipping method apply only to new orders. For instance, if you switch from Shipped by Seller to TikTok Shipping on Nov 8, orders placed before Nov 8 must still use Shipped by Seller.
ℹ️ TikTok Shipping is the default setting for new sellers. If TikTok Shipping is applied, TTS provides encrypted buyer information in orders. For example:

Carrier Mapping with M2E TikTok Shop Connect #
You can link your Magento Store to the TikTok Shop via the M2E TikTok Shop Connect. You can find out how to do it correctly in our guide.
Meanwhile, with M2E TikTok Shop Connect, you can tie the Magento and the TikTok Shop Carrier in one place. It’s possible due to “Shipment Carrier Mapping”.
Why do you need it? You cannot choose others because TikTok Shop has a list of officially approved shipping providers. So, you need to specify them and link them with the Magento Store ones.

Shipping Carrier Data Update #
In addition, with M2E TikTok Shop Connect, you can update your shipping providers' data. Thus, if you get any new providers you work with or need to change an existing one, you do so via the “Refresh Account Data” button.
