If you manage your marketplace sales via M2E Otto Connect and M2E Pro, you can streamline your Otto order fulfillment and connect it to Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) using the M2E Amazon MCF extension.
Basically, if you already store products in Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) and sell on Amazon via M2E Pro, that same inventory can now fulfill Otto orders without additional effort from your side.
How Otto fulfillment works #
Here’s how MCF processes your Otto orders:
- A customer makes a purchase on Otto.
- The order is automatically created in your Adobe Commerce (Magento) system.
- M2E Pro checks whether the item is connected to Amazon FBA and has available stock.
- If confirmed, the system creates an MCF order and submits it to Amazon.
- Amazon picks, packs, and ships the order to the customer on your behalf.
