Business eligibility
Only officially registered businesses are eligible to sell on the Shein Marketplace.
Shein does not accept individual sellers or sole proprietors; only companies with formal registration in the EU, UK, or US are eligible.
What you’ll need to apply
Make sure the following documents are prepared before you start the application:
- Certificate of Incorporation (proving legal business registration);
- VAT Registration Certificate;
- Official bank confirmation letter (matching your business name);
- EPR registration number;
(Required for sellers targeting Germany, France, or Spain - to comply with Extended Producer Responsibility laws)
- Company logo in high-resolution PNG format.
What happens next?
- After the green light on your documents, expect a quick launch, complete with dedicated support from your assigned account manager.
Add Your Product Catalog #
Once your registration is approved, you'll gain full access to the Shein Seller Hub - your central dashboard for managing listings, pricing, inventory, and store performance.
How to upload products
You have three flexible options to get your catalog live:
