How OnBuy order fulfillment works #
Here’s a breakdown of how the M2E Amazon MCF system runs:
- A buyer places an order on OnBuy.
- The order is automatically pushed to your Magento (Adobe Commerce) admin.
- M2E Pro checks for a matching product in Amazon FBA with available stock.
- If found, an MCF request is triggered and sent to Amazon.
- Amazon processes the order, packages the item, and ships it directly to your customer.
