If you’re using M2E Pro together with M2E TikTok Shop Connect, you can fulfill TikTok Shop orders via Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) via the M2E Amazon MCF extension. This approach gives you the power of Amazon’s trusted fulfillment network and automates the delivery of TikTok Shop orders without packing or shipping anything yourself.
Put simply, if you already use M2E Pro to sell on Amazon and your products are stored in Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA), you can now rely on that same inventory to ship TikTok Shop orders.
How it works #
This is how your TikTok Shop orders will get fulfilled when using M2E Amazon MCF extension:
- A customer buys a product from your TikTok Shop.
- The order appears in your Adobe Commerce (Magento) admin automatically.
- M2E Pro checks if the item is stocked in Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA).
- If it is, the extension triggers an MCF request, and Amazon handles the rest, from picking and packing to final delivery.
You don’t have to do anything manually. Your TikTok Shop orders are handled with the same speed and efficiency as Amazon ones.
