Using Relist Rules, you can define conditions under which the extension should relist Stopped items on OTTO.
General #
Relist Action #
Choose Enabled if you want to automatically relist items that use this Policy based on the Relist Conditions.
Choose Disabled if you don’t want Relist Rules to take effect.
Relist When Stopped Manually #
Choose whether you want the automatic Relist Rules to relist items even if they've been stopped manually.
Relist Conditions #
Product Status #
Any – Products can be relisted on OTTO regardless of their status in Magento.
Enabled – Products can be relisted on OTTO only if their status in Magento is Enabled. This is a recommended value.
Stock Availability #
Any – Products can be relisted on OTTO regardless of their Stock value in Magento.
In Stock – Products can be relisted on OTTO only if their Stock status in Magento is In Stock. This is a recommended value.
Quantity #
Any – allows you to relist the Product on OTTO regardless of its Quantity value.
More or Equal – allows you to specify the minimum quantity value that should be available as Quantity for the Magento Product before it is relisted on OTTO. It is a recommended value.
✅ Quantity corresponds to a value defined by the following options in Selling Policy:
- Custom Value;
- Attribute in Magento Attribute group;
- Quantity Percentage;
- Conditional Quantity.
Advanced Conditions #
If you would like to add your own custom Relist Rules, you can enable the Advanced Conditions.
The first rule appears by default: If ALL these Conditions are TRUE. It specifies whether the rules that you define must all be met or if any of them can be met (AND or OR) to trigger the rule's action.
- Click on the “+” icon to display a selection field and select the necessary option under Product Attributes from the drop-down menu.
- Click on the “is” link to choose a condition from the drop-down menu.
- Click on the three dots to display and input the value field.
That's it, the Rule is configured. Your item will be relisted on OTTO only if both Relist and Advanced Conditions are met.
