List Rules allow you to define conditions under which the extension should automatically list your items on OnBuy.
General #
- Enabled – The extension will automatically list new products added to the Listing from your Magento Inventory based on the List Conditions.
- Disabled – List Rules will not take effect.
ℹ️ List Rules apply only to new products (with the Not Listed status). Items that were previously listed on OnBuy but have been stopped will not be relisted using List Rules.
List Conditions #
The extension will list your products on OnBuy based on the following conditions:
Product Status #
- Any – Products can be listed regardless of their status in Magento.
- Enabled (Recommended) – Only products that are enabled in Magento can be listed.
Stock Availability #
- Any – Products can be listed regardless of their stock value in Magento.
- In Stock (Recommended) – Only products marked as In Stock in Magento can be listed.
Quantity Conditions #
Products will be listed on OnBuy automatically if their Selling Policy quantity settings meet the defined conditions:
- Any – The product will be listed regardless of its Calculated Quantity value.
- More or Equal (Recommended) – Set a minimum quantity threshold for the product before it is listed.
✅ Quantity values are determined by settings in the Selling Policy, including:
- Conditional Quantity
- Custom Value
- Magento Attribute
- Quantity Percentage
Advanced Conditions #
If you need custom List Rules, you can enable Advanced Conditions.
The first rule appears by default: If ALL these Conditions are TRUE. It specifies whether the rules that you define must all be met or if any of them can be met (AND or OR) to trigger the rule's action.
- Click on the “+” icon to display a selection field and select the necessary option under Product Attributes from the drop-down menu.
- Click on the “is” link to choose a condition from the drop-down menu.
- Click on the three dots to display and input the value field.
Once configured, products will only be listed on OnBuy if both List and Advanced Conditions are met.
