Relist Rules for TikTok Shop Listings
Using Relist Rules, you can define conditions under which M2E TTS should relist Stopped items on TikTok Shop.
General
Relist Action
Choose Enabled if you want to automatically relist items that use this Policy based on the Relist Conditions.
Choose Disabled if you don’t want Relist Rules to take effect.
Relist When Stopped Manually
Choose whether you want the automatic Relist Rules to relist items even if they've been stopped manually.
Relist Conditions
Product Status
Any – Product can be relisted on TikTok Shop regardless of its status in Magento.
Enabled – Product can be relisted on TikTok Shop only if its status in Magento is Enabled. It is a recommended value.
Stock Availability
Any – Product can be relisted on TikTok Shop regardless of its Stock value in Magento.
In Stock – Product can be relisted on TikTok Shop only if its Stock status in Magento is In Stock. It is a recommended value.
Quantity
Any – allows you to relist the Product on TikTok Shop regardless of its Quantity value.
More or Equal – allows you to specify the minimum quantity value that should be available as Quantity for the Magento Product before it is relisted on TikTok Shop. It is a recommended value.
Advanced Conditions
If you would like to add your own custom Relist Rules, you can enable the Advanced Conditions.
The first rule appears by default: If ALL these Conditions are TRUE. It specifies whether the rules that you define must all be met or if any of them can be met (AND or OR) in order to trigger the rule's action.
- Click on the “+” icon to display a selection field and select the necessary option under Product Attributes from the drop-down menu.
- Click on the “is” link to choose a condition from the drop-down menu.
- Click on the three dots to display the value field and input the value.
That's it, the Rule is configured. Your item will be relisted on TikTok Shop only in case both Relist and Advanced Conditions are met.
