Account Set-up

To engage with TikTok Shop through the M2E TikTok Shop extension, you'll need to authorize your TikTok Shop account. This authorization grants the extension permission to access and manage your TikTok Shop data on your behalf. You can authorize an unlimited number of TikTok Shop accounts, whether they operate in the Production or Sandbox environments.

If you need to add another account, follow these steps:

You will be redirected to the TikTok Shop authorization page, where you will need to select the account type you want to add.

Once you’ve done this, you will be redirected to the login page, where you can log in to your TikTok Shop Seller account.

After successfully logging into the desired account, you will need to grant access to the M2E TikTok Shop extension by clicking the “Confirm” and “Authorize” buttons.

You will be redirected back to your Magento admin panel, where you can finish the adding process by clicking the Save button.

Congratulations, you have added your additional TikTok Shop account to the M2E TikTok Shop extension.
