Cancel and refund orders on all eBay marketplaces

Previously, you could only process eBay order cancellations and refunds on a select range of marketplaces. In this version, we’ve expanded the list, and now M2E Pro allows you to cancel and refund orders received from all available eBay marketplaces.

To manage order cancellations and refunds in M2E Pro, simply enable the dedicated option under eBay Integration > Configuration > Accounts > Orders:

Walmart Integration

Import and manage Walmart-fulfilled orders

One of the primary goals of M2E Pro is to create a centralized and efficient order management process for sellers. This version introduces the ability to import and manage Walmart-fulfilled orders in M2E Pro and Magento.

If you are using Walmart's Fulfillment Services (WFS) to handle shipments, M2E Pro will automatically import your WFS orders. You can also set the extension to create a corresponding order in your Magento system.

Simply navigate to Walmart Integration > Configuration > Accounts > Orders > WFS Order Settings and enable the Magento order creation. Select a separate Magento Store View for your WFS orders, if necessary, and choose whether you want to adjust the Magento product quantity once the order is created.

To find your Walmart-fulfilled orders easily, use the Fulfillment column and the dedicated WFS filter in your Sales > Orders tab.
