M2E Kaufland User Guide

M2E Kaufland Connect extension simplifies listing your Magento catalog products on Kaufland marketplaces in Germany, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, and Austria. It allows you to seamlessly manage your listings and orders and keep them up-to-date on Kaufland and Magento.

Basic requirements

For a smooth start with selling your Magento products on Kaufland via M2E, make sure that:

You have installed the M2E Kaufland Connect extension into your Magento.

You have registered an account on Kaufland Seller Center and configured your Kaufland store settings.

Step 1. Set up your account.

Please provide your contact information, which will be used to create your personal profile on M2E Accounts.

Step 2. Connect your Kaufland account.

Select the account that you want to link to the extension. Then, confirm access permissions for your Kaufland account information. This step is crucial for allowing the extension to list and manage your products on Kaufland.

Step 3. Specify general settings.

Configure the basic settings for managing your Kaufland products.

Step 4. Create M2E Kaufland Listing.

Create your first M2E Kaufland Listing, which is a list of products you choose to sell on Kaufland under particular settings. The Listing acts as a template and lets you apply similar settings to multiple products at once.

Specify Listing Title. Give your Listing a clear and descriptive title.

Select the Kaufland account. Choose the Kaufland account and storefront for your Listing. The currency settings will adjust automatically based on your choice of storefront.

Choose Magento Store View. Select a Magento Store View that will serve as the source for your product data. This ensures the correct product information is used for your Kaufland Listing.

Set Policies. Establish your Policies, which cover essential settings for product listing on Kaufland and how the extension will synchronize and manage inventory with your Magento store. You will also need to specify the condition that best describes the current state of your product.

Step 5. Add products to the Listing.

In this step, you will see a list of products from your Magento catalog based on the Store View you’ve previously selected. Choose the products you want to add to your M2E Kaufland Listing for their further management.

Step 6. Search for existing products on Kaufland.

Once Magento Products are selected, the extension automatically searches for a matching existing product on Kaufland using the EAN information you’ve specified earlier.

When a match is found, your product will be listed under the existing Kaufland page.

If no matching product is found in the marketplace’s catalog, you'll be prompted to confirm the creation of a new Kaufland product. Simply click Continue and then Yes in the pop-up window.

You will need to select the appropriate Kaufland category for your product. Once categorized, click List Added Products Now to submit your new products to the Kaufland marketplace.
