M2E Analytics Connector User Guide (for M2E Pro Users)

M2E Analytics Connector makes it easy for M2E Pro users to calculate profit based on the cost of products in Adobe Commerce (Magento) and the prices at which these products are sold on eBay, Amazon, and Walmart.
Once the Connector is installed and enabled, Magento product cost will be automatically synchronized to M2E Analytics for further profit calculation. M2E Pro sellers no longer need to manually track costs and compare prices between their Adobe Commerce platform and various marketplaces. With M2E Analytics Connector in place, this task will be handled automatically.

Installation and Configuration

First, download and install M2E Analytics Connector from the Adobe Commerce (Magento) marketplace. Make sure to follow the instructions in this guide.

Enabling the Connector

  1. Access Adobe Commerce Admin Panel: Navigate to Stores > Configuration > M2E Analytics Connector > General.
  1. Enable M2E Analytics Connector: Select the Yes option to enable the connector.

Once the synchronization is enabled, the value from the product Cost attribute (Default Magento Store View) and the currency set for the Store View will be transferred to the M2E Analytics service.

Accessing M2E Analytics

You can quickly access the M2E Analytics service under Stores > Configuration > M2E Analytics Connector > General. By clicking on the Go to Analytics button, you will seamlessly transition to the service to view detailed information and reports related to profit calculations.
If you do not manage product cost in the default Cost Attribute, you have the option to select a custom attribute or a combination of attributes that serve as the source of your product cost.

Synchronization and Updates

Cost Synchronization

The Connector ensures regular synchronization of product costs from your Adobe Commerce (Magento) platform to the M2E Analytics service.

Logs Page

The M2E Analytics Connector features a dedicated log page accessible from the configuration page in the Admin Panel. The logs demonstrate recent events and updates processed by the Connector.
